Join Shelley with the Positive Spirit Co. as she takes on a journey around the Wheel of the Year. This month we will land on the celebration of Yule. One of the big components of Yule is the theme of rebirth and renewal. It falls at the end of the calendar year, when the wheel turns to winter; signaling a time of hibernation and quiet rest.
During this class, you will sink into a space of quiet contemplation, journaling about the places in life you are looking for change (the essence of your rebirth) & identify what spaces inside of you might still need attention, love, or healing. This is a good starting point for you to look at how you can be more kind and gentle with yourself. Give those spaces a place to transform and be reborn.
Shelley will also discuss the war that takes place during the Winter Solstice, between The Holly King and The Oak King (They're brothers and it's epic!). You will also learn about different ways to celebrate this Sabbat through food, altar items (we will be making one), and more!
