We are so excited to be offering MONTHLY sound baths lead by Shelley from @thepositivespiritco on the last Tuesday of every month at 7:30 - 8pm!
You will be bathed in the frequencies and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a crystal triangle, chimes, solfeggio frequency tuning forks and rattles. These healing sounds tune in to the different energy centers of your body and help to bring any area out of alignment back into balance through sound entrainment.
Please bring a pillow & blanket or yoga mat if you wish to lay down! We will also have seating available! Come soak up the healing vibes with us!
